 Paranormal Team
I work as part of a team that not only investigates paranormal activity, but also assists those who may be suffering from hauntings and or possessions. Every member of the team has their on role ther is their specialist field of expertise. We have researchers, technicians as well as mediums who excel in their unque area. For example one medium specialises in discarnate spirit energies that stem from witchcraft & magical pathways working, another has proven herself to be very adept in atmospheric empathy (being able to hear/feel what buildings/land has witnessed or experienced). My own specialist area is obviously Faery and Elemental beings, but this does overlap as I communicate with all Non-Human beings...many of you will know these best as `Demons`. As part of a team I call upon my Loved ones, Friends, Guides and Allies from the Faery Realm to remove or transmute the `Demonic Energy` beings. This isnt always easy as many of these beings are extremely powerful and it takes alot to move them on.
We also deal with human spirits - those that have passed, yet for some reason or another they remain on the Earthly plane rather than moving on. We hold regular Rescue circles in which we work with our Guides to help the `lost` souls home. Each occasion is a deeply moving experience and it always amazes me at the number of spirits who travel hundreds if not thousands of miles to recieve help in getting home.
I have been asked "why are there lost souls? is it because they are evil?" (Peolpe are very hung up on this good and evil thing.....too much T.V I reckon!) Certainly there are some human spirits lost here.....trapped...because of the awful things they may have done, murder for example. But it isnt that act that stops them crossing over. Its fear.....fear of what they may have to face! Is it hell? Dont forget at one time not so long ago fire and brimstone speeches were the mainstay of everyday life. This was drummed into you, whether you believed it or not it crept into your subconcious mind and built a pattern in your mind of consquences that all must suffer. So its understandable as to why they would be fearful. I have also been asked "Why bother helping what they term evil people over?". The answer is...I am no-ones judge nor jury! I cannot sit in judgement of a soul for what they did or didnt do, I may not approve of their actions in life (meaning I would not choose to act in such a manner), It does not give me the right to deny them when they ask for help. They are the ones who have tormented and punished themselves - hence the not crossing over - they have come to us asking for help and forgiveness. They are usually by this stage full of remorse and wish dearly to make amends
Other lost souls are those that have ended their own lives, again a large amount of fear and religious dogma has held them here on the Earth plane. There are also those that have died suddenly....often through accidents, especially involving cars. They often pass so quickly that they dont even realise they have actually died, its a complete shock. Gradually as time goes by (this can go into centuries!) they realise that they do not belong to this world and wish to move on. It is then that they look for people like myself and the team to assist them on the journey home.
I am often surprised by the number of spirit children who remain on Earth. Many mediums tell me that children never become lost souls or are stuck here, but my own experiences tell me differently. I have met many youngsters who have remained with their families, they often dont want to leave siblings or parents and will wait....living among them until they themselves pass over. (I personally wouldnt ask a child to cross over and leave their family, if the family is happy with their presence, it is not my place to separate them)
There are also those spirits, people who have died violently - these spirits seem unable to rest until someone has acknowledged what has happened to them....we often hold Healing sessions for those particular spirits to assist them before they finally feel able to cross over.
I really do believe that the energy of the medium (their spiritual makeup) is the key as to what type of spirit energy is attracted to them. Its as if like attracts like. Or perhaps it is that the spirit beings see in us that which they need to be healed or helped.
My own energy seems to attract children and warriors or soldiers protectors if you will...quite an odd combination you may think? I am very fortunate and blessed to be allowed to see Faery & Elemental folk. It has been part of my daily life since childhood. I can remember being in a pram looking at my chubby little legs willing them to move and chattering away to the Fey Folk who were my constant companions. My life has been enriched and a blessing because of this interaction. Human spirits on the other hand did take me quite a while to get used too. Human energy is very different, to me it feels heavy, and as a child I did wonder why these people (human spirits) would be in my room.
